MUSIC LESSONS
If you’re inspired by music and what to go deeper, I would love to work with you. I work with students of all levels, from beginners to lifelong learners, and everything in between.
I will help you develop skill as a musician and instrumentalist through the music that most interests you. Most skills can be learned through many different avenues and you will progress more quickly when you enjoy what you are learning.
How it works
Lessons are over Zoom or in person. We’ll start with one lesson to see if working together feels good for both of us. If you decide you’d like to continue, we’ll get your next lessons on the calendar. After your initial lesson, I ask that you commit to 4 lessons at a time, paid in advance.

If you’re more experienced, I can help you improve your lyrics, song structures, chord progressions, dynamics, hooks, and riffs, and we can work together to troubleshoot and transform any areas where you feel stuck in your process.
Styles - Any style that interests you.
music theory
Experience - Beginner to Professional
Styles - Any and all. Usually music theory, songwriting, and ear training go hand in hand. However, we can come at it from any angle you like, from learning the basics to working on challenging concepts when you need a little help, to analyzing your favorite music and adding those theory ideas to your back of tricks.
Ear training
Experience - Beginner to Professional
If you’re looking to improve your ear, let’s work on it together. I can help with basic chord and interval recognition, learning to count and hear rhythms, learning songs by ear, and developing a great sense of relative pitch. With time you can learn to hear music as well as English!
